Application of gypsum powder making plant
The purpose of the Industrial complete gypsum powder making plant is to grind non-flammable and non-explosive materials in the fields of building materials, mining, metallurgies and chemical industry with hardness less than 9.3in Moh’s scale and humidity less than 6 percent.
The raw material of this gypsum powder making plant
gypsum, limestone, talcum, kaolin, barite, quartz, feldspar, barite, fluorite, dolomite, garnet, and zircon, marble, calcite, iron ore, rock phosphate, coal, slag and so on (400 kinds of material).
The granularity of the final products gypsum powder making plant :
A: Raymond mill and High pressure grinding mill: 30 to 425 meshes.
B: There-ring micro-powder grinding mill: 800-1250mesh. 1250 mesh will adopt this mill.
C: New type super fine grinding mill: It reach to 2000-3000 mesh.

General: Crushing -- Grinding -- Selecting – Collecting—Packing
Introduction of gypsum powder making plant .
1: At first, we adopt jaw crusher to crushing the raw material, after the crushing, the material size will be more suitable for grinding mill and can increase grinding mill capacity.
2: after crushing, the material will be transport to hopper through elevator, and then unload to one magnetic feeder to feeding the material to grinding mill main machine. After grinding, the blower will be selecting the materials which reach to required mesh size to cyclone collector through pipe. The materials which have not reached to required mesh size will be grinding again in grinding mill. The bag filter will be collect the dust and protect environment.
3: The final products will be unloading from the bottom of cyclone collector, if you adopt packing machine, and packing it into bags directly.
